Associate Sales Consultant (Workplace)

Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound participant requests, addressing investment, mutual fund, and account needs while resolving complex issues. Qualify and refer high-value participants to a High-Value Financial Consultant, using a consultative approach to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Retain assets through education and plan distribution guidance, deliver sales targets, and maintain strong product knowledge. Hybrid flexibility includes up to one day per week from home after training.
