Key Responsibilities

  • •Disassemble, inspect, disposition, and reassemble customer field returns of high-volume units per approved overhaul manuals/documents.
  • •Perform overhaul and repair tasks to FAA, EASA, and CAAC approved procedures.
  • •Prepare concise, accurate documentation packages for each repaired or overhauled unit.
  • •Maintain current knowledge of FAA/EASA/CAAC requirements and communicate with internal teams, external customers, and auditors as needed.
  • •Participate in continuous improvement projects and perform other assigned duties (e.g., receiving/shipping, final test, pump testing, non-destructive testing).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum High School diploma/GED equivalent plus two (2) years of mechanical assembly experience and/or maintenance of mechanical devices such as pumps and motors.
  • •In lieu of HSD/GED, completion of an accredited trade school or trade certificate program plus ten (10) years of mechanical assembly, machining, and/or maintenance of mechanical devices such as pumps and motors.
  • •Ability to follow FAA, EASA, and CAAC approved procedures for overhaul/repair work.
  • •Ability to prepare concise, accurate documentation packages for repaired or overhauled units.
  • •U.S. person eligibility due to access to export-controlled information (U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
