Job Summary

Own plant financial management for the STANLEY® Engineered Fastening division, partnering with Operations to drive value. Lead operational financial reporting, forecast/budget scenarios, and weekly KPI reporting. Run the monthly close with US GAAP compliance, recommend journal entries, and analyze results vs. prior year, budget, and forecast. Build strong internal controls and SOX compliance, oversee inventory and fixed-asset controls, and manage standard costing accuracy while supporting cost reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner closely with Operations to provide information and tools, and take joint accountability for delivering financial and operational commitments.
•Prepare and manage actual/forecast/budget scenarios and provide weekly financial insights and plant KPI reporting.
•Lead the monthly close by reviewing/recommending journal entries and explaining income statement results vs. prior year, budget, and forecast, in accordance with US GAAP.
•Own internal controls, SOX requirements, and site-specific financial management, including inventory (aging, excess/obsolete, cycle counting/physical inventory) and fixed-asset controls.
•Serve as a project manager on cost reduction initiatives and oversee standard costing accuracy and cost roll processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,600 - 153,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline from a four-year college/university.
•Prior experience in Manufacturing Operations.
•Knowledge of financial accounting principles and concepts to perform responsibilities including month-to-date/quarter-to-date/year-to-date income statement analysis.
•Strong cost accounting expertise including standard costing, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial controls, and business case analysis.
•Expertise with MS Office; JD Edwards, Sage Fixed Assets, or Hyperion Financial Management are a plus.
