Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as day-to-day operational lead and subject matter expert for Client Care Specialists, providing guidance and real-time support.
  • •Serve as an escalation point for client needs, researching, routing, and resolving complex issues across channels and business partners.
  • •Manage Client Care mailboxes and ensure requests are reviewed, prioritized, routed, and monitored through completion.
  • •Perform quality reviews of prior-day client interactions and callbacks for items such as debit card servicing and Zelle requests.
  • •Complete daily operational reviews, reporting, reconciliations, exception management, and process routine/complex transactions per policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum two years of customer service experience.
  • •Intermediate working knowledge of workforce management, quality monitoring, and phone systems.
  • •Knowledge of and adherence to ECCHO and NACHA Rules.
  • •Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with intermediate Excel knowledge.
  • •Ability to comply with applicable state and federal regulations, including Regulation Z, Regulation B, and requirements related to AML and consumer privacy.
