Certification Manager

Own and expand ClickHouse’s certification program by developing hands-on, performance-based exams and quizzes for course and credential completion. Partner with SMEs to define exam job task analyses, maintain and grade certifications (including grading scripts), and build a community presence for certified professionals. Track certification KPIs, coordinate with badging vendors for delivery, handle learner support, and travel occasionally to promote the program.
