Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the RCM training charter across geographies, including onboarding, role-based, refresher, and upskilling programs.
  • •Design and standardize SOP-driven, competency-based training modules across client accounts.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of 2–10 trainers and content developers; conduct calibration and train-the-trainer programs.
  • •Implement digital learning using LMS, simulations, and eLearning; manage LMS deployment and compliance.
  • •Create training effectiveness and ROI measurement (e.g., time to proficiency, first pass accuracy) and ensure audit readiness and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Management, or Learning & Development.
  • •CPC and CCS certification is mandatory.
  • •6–10 years of Medical Coding experience, including at least 4 years in training leadership.
  • •Proven expertise in US Healthcare (Providers) training design, delivery, and measurement.
  • •Ability to manage stakeholders and influence cross-functional leaders, present to clients, and drive change.
