Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Root-cause inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General Manager to escalate gaps in process or systems.
  • •Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery/replenishment.
  • •Champion visual standards and support safe operations through strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, performance evaluation, and constant feedback.
