Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end APAC real estate development lifecycle including site strategy, lease negotiation, design execution, construction, and opening readiness
  • •Own and drive the in-house leasing function, overseeing site sourcing, negotiation, and deal closure without external brokers or agencies
  • •Define and execute the regional real estate roadmap in alignment with global and regional expansion strategies and local market needs
  • •Develop and manage budgets for real estate projects and ongoing expenses, monitor performance, and implement cost-saving measures
  • •Lead a high-performing multi-function team to achieve On’s business goals in the geographic market, fostering accountability and continuous improvement

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in retail real estate development, retail design, and retail construction management
  • •10+ years of experience managing real estate brand groups
  • •8+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • •Knowledgeable in local regulations and compliance requirements for real estate operations within APAC
  • •Experience optimizing real estate portfolios for high-growth premium global retail brands
