Job Summary

Deliver high-quality mechanical services engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and reports for building and external utility projects. Lead technical capability development, participate in design peer reviews, and ensure designs meet required regulations and internal quality procedures. Serve as project manager (PM) on selected multi- and single-disciplinary projects, managing delivery, project risks, schedules, and statutory compliance while coordinating with teams in Bengaluru, India, and the lead country.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high-quality technical design drawings, engineering designs, and specifications to required regulations.
•Develop technical capabilities of the team and contribute to technical solutions; participate in design peer reviews.
•Act as project manager (PM) on selected projects to manage successful delivery of multi- and single-disciplinary work.
•Perform mechanical services design/review work for HVAC and plumbing, including submittals and external utility services (plumbing, drainage, gas, fire hydrant).
•Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensure statutory/regulatory compliance, and advise on project delays; support knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•Minimum 12 years relevant work experience.
•Proven experience in HVAC and plumbing services engineering designs, from early stage through fit-for-construction.
•Strong technical ability in heat-load and ventilation load calculations, duct & pipe sizing, and pressure drop calculations.
•Experience with technical design and modeling tools including HVAC/plumbing software and BIM/drafting tools.
