Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Linea Rossa Apparel Design team to translate creative concepts into detailed technical specifications, ensuring product feasibility, design consistency, and manufacturing sustainability.
  • •Manage and oversee the entire product development process, from prototype launch through final validation, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • •Lead the development of high-performance technical garments, with particular focus on innovative performance materials (waterproof, breathable, thermal, stretch, etc.) and advanced garment construction techniques.
  • •Liaise with pattern makers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners, both in Italy and internationally, to communicate technical specifications, collect feedback, and manage product revisions.
  • •Lead garment fitting sessions and prototype reviews, identifying and implementing technical and construction improvements to optimize performance, fit, comfort, and overall product quality.

Salary: EUR 60,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Fashion, Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • •Approximately 10–15 years of experience in high-performance sportswear/technical apparel product development and innovation.
  • •Strong proficiency in PLM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • •Fluent in both English and Italian.
  • •Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
