Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the Linea Rossa Apparel Design team to translate creative concepts into detailed technical specifications, ensuring product feasibility, design consistency, and manufacturing sustainability.
•Manage and oversee the entire product development process, from prototype launch through final validation, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
•Lead the development of high-performance technical garments, with particular focus on innovative performance materials (waterproof, breathable, thermal, stretch, etc.) and advanced garment construction techniques.
•Liaise with pattern makers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners, both in Italy and internationally, to communicate technical specifications, collect feedback, and manage product revisions.
•Lead garment fitting sessions and prototype reviews, identifying and implementing technical and construction improvements to optimize performance, fit, comfort, and overall product quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 60,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree in Fashion, Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
•Approximately 10–15 years of experience in high-performance sportswear/technical apparel product development and innovation.
•Strong proficiency in PLM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
•Fluent in both English and Italian.
•Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
