Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute the engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV.
  • •Create and maintain a project schedule and lead project meetings.
  • •Coordinate with clients on project status and support project meetings as necessary; maintain project workflow and multi-disciplinary coordination.
  • •Lead project teams of varying sizes and provide PM support with status reports and forecasting.
  • •Support resource forecasting, recruitment efforts, and department leadership to improve business processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • •7-10 years’ experience in the transmission field of designing/managing projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • •Professional Engineering (PE) licensure
  • •Understanding of the NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95
  • •Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation
