Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute federal market growth strategies across key agencies including DoD, DOE, GSA, DHS, VA, and other civilian agencies.
  • •Lead a portfolio of federal energy programs and projects from development through successful completion, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Coordinate across engineering, construction, operations, finance, legal, procurement, cybersecurity, and compliance teams, establishing governance, metrics, and reporting.
  • •Serve as the primary executive liaison to assigned federal customers, conducting program reviews and delivering executive briefings and presentations.
  • •Manage program financial performance (revenue, margin, forecasting, cash flow) and support negotiations, change management, and commercial risk mitigation.
