Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review loan and lease documentation, coordinating with the documentation preparation team and managing returned items through execution.
  • •Run UCC searches, submit PMSI filings, and ensure proper lien priority and security interests.
  • •Prepare and manage high-volume outgoing subordination letters and coordinate required subordinations with internal and external parties.
  • •Partner with relationship managers, portfolio managers, legal, and other teams to resolve documentation questions and track transaction moving parts for timely closings.
  • •Verify all closing requirements prior to funding and submit completed documentation packages to the funding team for DFS Wholesale transactions.

Key Requirements
