Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone while building, expanding, and retaining new and existing client relationships. Use consultative conversations to identify financial needs, deliver deposit/credit/convenience and retirement solutions, and refer more complex needs to internal specialists. Cross-train as needed to support teller duties, meet individual and branch sales targets, and adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
