Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide personalized financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs, gathering and documenting client data, and delivering or referring appropriate investment and insurance solutions.
  • •Build and maintain a client referral pipeline through prospecting, identification and development of internal/external centers of influence, and documentation of calling efforts.
  • •Open and support consumer and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop strong partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners through in-person meetings to acquire clients and deepen relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures by properly documenting client interactions and supporting branch operations when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and influence business partners using centers of influence (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows, Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
