Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor for the full client relationship through Key’s Private Client Program, delivering plan-based financial guidance and referring appropriate investment and insurance solutions. Assess clients’ needs, document financial data, and build referral pipelines using disciplined prospecting and centers of influence. Open and support consumer and business accounts, partner with branch and line-of-business teams, and maintain compliance while meeting individual activity and outcome goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide personalized financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs, gathering and documenting client data, and delivering or referring appropriate investment and insurance solutions.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline through prospecting, identification and development of internal/external centers of influence, and documentation of calling efforts.
•Open and support consumer and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Develop strong partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners through in-person meetings to acquire clients and deepen relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures by properly documenting client interactions and supporting branch operations when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and influence business partners using centers of influence (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows, Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
