Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in a team environment, work closely with Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Senior Project Directors/Technical Leads and Field Technicians/Scientists/Engineers.
  • •Work collaboratively with your team to prepare Health and Safety plans and Emergency response plans for the field programs.
  • •Train junior staff in environmental practices including Phase I and II ESAs, drilling, surveying, groundwater sampling, oversight of remediation etc. and on-site health and safety.
  • •Prepare, compile data for, and write reports including conclusions and recommendations.
  • •Work with and provide support to other RPM Team members in health and safety, project management, project completion and client service responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or diploma in engineering, or natural/earth sciences.
  • •Minimum 3 years of field experience in contaminated site assessments.
  • •Experience working in remote location and/or camp setting, experience working in the territories is considered a strong asset.
  • •Sound understanding of the need for health and safety procedures in the workplace.
  • •Professional designation or a professional in training, is preferred.
