Job Summary

Support Teads’ independent agency sales team in Milan by building strong partnerships and driving revenue growth. You’ll map and prospect new agency opportunities, promote Teads’ omnichannel ad format portfolio (including online video, native display, and Connected TV), and draft media proposals in response to briefs. Partner closely with account, creative, and ad operations teams to track pipeline health, provide premium day-to-day client servicing, and help exceed collective revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Italian independent agency sales team in Milan to drive revenue growth and relationship-building.
•Map, identify, track, and prospect new growth and campaign opportunities across independent agencies in Italy.
•Promote Teads’ ad format portfolio to agency contacts, including online video, native display, and Connected TV (CTV).
•Coordinate and draft media proposals and respond to agency briefs quickly and accurately.
•Track pipeline metrics and campaign data and provide day-to-day client servicing to support renewals and incremental budgets.

Key Requirements

•Initial commercial experience or internships in digital media sales, account management, or agency support roles.
•Strong understanding and affinity for digital advertising (online video, display, performance, and CTV).
•Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a self-driven, team-oriented mindset.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
•Fluent Italian (written and verbal) and good working knowledge of English.
