Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate board and shareholder meetings for the insurance legal entity, including agendas, materials, minutes, and sign-offs.
  • •Act as a compliance contact for the insurance business and Product & Marketing team, coordinating compliance inquiries and internal reviews and supporting policy/process changes.
  • •Investigate insurance-related customer complaint cases, review relevant calls/materials, summarize findings, and align next steps with internal stakeholders and partners.
  • •Conduct data protection checks/self-assessments to ensure customer data protection mechanisms are in place, and respond to control teams as needed.
  • •Support remediation follow-up to strengthen internal controls and reduce compliance risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid General Insurance Agent License (產險代理人執照) is required.
