Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead procurement strategy, sourcing plans, and package structuring
  • •Manage trade packaging across CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) and MEP (HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection)
  • •Align procurement timelines with project programme and delivery milestones
  • •Drive value engineering, cost optimisation, and market benchmarking
  • •Lead contract negotiations with contractors and suppliers and ensure clarity on scope, pricing, specifications, and risk allocation

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or related field
  • •6–10 years’ experience in procurement/commercial roles within construction or infrastructure
  • •Strong experience managing CSA & MEP procurement packages
  • •Proven track record in Tendering / RFQ / RFP management and contract negotiation
  • •Familiarity with FIDIC / NEC contracts
