•Design and architect scalable, performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large projects leveraging MongoDB.
•Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies, articulating MongoDB business value to stakeholders.
•Collaborate with sales to drive account success via account planning, opportunity qualification, pipeline generation strategy, and technical ownership of discovery through documentation.
•Proactively generate demand in the sales territory through technical initiatives, events, and account-based marketing.
•Foster customer success by building champions and mentoring other Solutions Consulting team members.

Key Requirements

•8 to 11 years of related experience in a customer-facing role, including 5 to 7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software.
•3+ years experience with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#) in a professional capacity.
•Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems across cloud and on-prem environments.
•Ability to review existing application architectures with customers and provide guidance on improvements using technology.
•Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including fluency in written and verbal English.
