Cost Manager - Real Estate

Deliver end-to-end cost management for real estate commissions, ensuring client objectives are met from feasibility and procurement through tender analysis, contract administration, cost variances, valuations, and final accounts. Produce and present cost plans and monthly post-contract cost reports using Turner & Townsend’s digital tools (The Hive, CostX, eTender Platform, Cost Control App). Support value engineering, embodied carbon reporting, and NewLeaf strategy while collaborating with project teams and mentoring junior staff.
