Key Responsibilities

  • •Own commission management and end-to-end service delivery for cost management engagements.
  • •Support feasibility studies, procurement reporting, and produce final cost plans using The Hive and related tools.
  • •Lead tendering/procuring activities, including pre-qualification, tender analysis, tender reporting, and compilation of contractual documents.
  • •Perform contract administration, managing post-contract cost variances and change control, including cost checks, valuations, and producing monthly cost reports.
  • •Contribute to value engineering and embodied carbon reporting, support NewLeaf strategy, and (where appropriate) lead a cost management team and mentor junior staff.

  • •Working towards or recently achieved Chartered Status.
  • •Confident, professional, and highly organised approach with the ability to prioritise your own workload.
