Job Summary

Work on algorithm and big-data solutions for TikTok Shop e-commerce growth and intelligent marketing. Key Responsibilities

•Optimize TikTok e-commerce growth and marketing algorithms, including user value modelling, personalized messaging, recommendations, and intelligent marketing.
•Establish a user lifecycle data and value system to address TikTok Mall user growth pain points and business challenges.
•Implement product and technical solutions for user growth engines, such as personalized push notifications/emails and recommendation handling to increase DAU and penetration.
•Optimize recall/sorting algorithms for new user recommendations to improve relevance, accuracy, and diversity.
•Optimize intelligent marketing algorithms using uplift models and operations research methods to improve marketing efficiency and drive e-commerce GMV growth.

Key Requirements

•Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
•Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures with excellent coding skills.
•Demonstrated learning ability, curiosity, and good communication and teamwork skills.
•Experience in recommendation systems, advertising, user growth, intelligent marketing, or related fields is preferred.
•Ability to commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2026 and clearly state availability and graduation date in the resume.
