Key Responsibilities

  • •Significantly oversee multiple disciplines, teams, advisors and clients on infrastructure or energy projects across the lifecycle, setting strategy and ensuring delivery.
  • •Provide excellent leadership, manage performance, and allocate resources to meet stakeholder expectations in ambiguous environments.
  • •Promote health, safety and wellbeing, applying CDM principles across teams and projects.
  • •Anticipate client challenges and determine applicable, sustainable solutions through deep stakeholder understanding.
  • •Foster inclusive teamwork and build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level qualification in management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience
  • •Professional affiliation with the APM, ICE, or an equivalent professional institution
  • •Project management certification (e.g. APM / PRINCE2 / MSP / ChPP)
  • •NEC Accreditations or qualifications
  • •Experience of complex and multiple procurement and managing NEC / other form contracts
