Key Responsibilities

•Monitor client infrastructure and solutions, proactively identify problems/errors, and detect common incidents and opportunities for avoidance.
•Investigate first-line incidents, identify root causes of incidents and problems, and ensure resolutions and request fulfillment follow agreed procedures.
•Perform approved maintenance activities, including patching and configuration changes.
•Provide telephonic or chat support when required and follow handover procedures for shift changes to ensure service continuity.
•Update/create knowledge articles and identify opportunities for work optimization and automation; may support disaster recovery functions and tests or contribute to project work.

Key Requirements

•Entry-level experience or completion of a relevant intern program.
•Basic knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and products in the supported technical domain (e.g., Network, Data Centre, Storage, Cloud, Backup).
•Entry-level troubleshooting skills supporting network/data center/systems/storage administration and monitoring services.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•CCNA or equivalent certification, plus relevant certifications for the services provided.
