Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise field project operations for a given project or several projects at an asset, including supervising assigned personnel at BIN-UMAR & SINDBAD Stations well site.
  • •Establish scope of work with site customer and site representative, and review design documentation for adequacy to site conditions and agreed scope.
  • •Verify contractors’ procedures on site to ensure compliance with technical requirements and timely completion; perform site visits before and during the project.
  • •Verify safety conditions at site, enforce HSE/Loss Prevention policies, stop work if required, and participate in emergency response duties as an E.R.T. manager.
  • •Prepare periodic upper-management reports; coordinate site inspection by QA/QC, HSE and commissioning teams, and manage terminal operating/capital budgets, KPIs, and flare loss/waste monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in Engineering or a similar discipline.
  • •Preferably 5+ years of progressive experience in planning, design and construction of surface facilities for oil fields.
  • •Preferably 10–15 years relevant experience in the discipline or in oil & gas operations environments.
  • •Experience with CMMS/SAP and terminal operations and capital budgets, including KPI monitoring.
  • •Valid emergency response competence and recognized international qualifications (e.g., NVQ, C&G, OPITO).
