Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead forward-looking product strategy, whitespace identification, and productization planning across Salesforce’s AI and platform portfolio.
  • •Drive strategy for emerging offerings moving from internal capabilities to standalone or platform-integrated products, including trust infrastructure, workflow automation, agentic AI systems, and data platforms.
  • •Own and evolve frameworks for evaluating build-buy-partner decisions and translating acquisition integration trade-offs into platform vs. market execution.
  • •Proactively identify market shifts (agentic coding revolution, AI-native architectures, supply chain automation, and open source commercialization) and translate them into investment recommendations.
  • •Build and mentor a product strategy team; synthesize inputs across engineering, product management, research, and M&A, and present structured, data-supported recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience across product management, product strategy, technology strategy, or innovation roles, preferably at an enterprise software or cloud platform company.
  • •Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 3+ strategists, researchers, or product managers in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • •Deep working knowledge of AI and machine learning architectures, including agentic systems and LLM-based enterprise applications.
  • •Strong understanding of systems of record, data platforms, and enterprise application architectures, including how AI layers integrate with SaaS infrastructure.
