Job Summary

Design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions in partnership with technical teams to meet business goals. Own VIM configuration across test-to-production, including design/build/test/deployment and end-to-end support for VIM projects. Collaborate with business partners to clarify and resolve day-to-day operational issues, manage incidents/CRs, and deliver VIM solutions using OpenText VIM components such as BCC, IES, and archive/content services.

Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with technical resources to design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions aligned to business goals.
•Perform VIM configuration and manage design/build/test and deployment from test to production landscape.
•Provide implementation and support for VIM processes, including VIM, BCC, and BC, and handle VIM support issues.
•Collaborate with business partners to clarify and resolve issues during day-to-day operations.
•Handle new CRs independently, meet on incidents/CRs, and contribute to new feature implementations.

Key Requirements

•More than 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP VIM functional skills.
•Ready to work in US shift timings.
•Hands-on experience with SAP OpenText VIM including BCC, IES, and Archive Server, plus VIM workflows.
•Must have at least 2 end-to-end VIM project implementations and support projects.
•Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable on SAP ECC and experience with SAP/VIM integrations including P2P cycle and SAP FICO; SAP MM is a plus.
