•Lead and develop Innovation & Collaboration product development teams, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
•Set team operating excellence through rhythms, development processes, and decision-making frameworks to improve prioritization, resource allocation, communication, and cross-functional alignment.
•Drive advanced concepts, athlete and innovation product development from ideation to commercialization readiness, translating consumer insights and emerging technologies into viable solutions.
•Guide collaborations and special make-up (SMU) product development, aligning strategies and priorities to meet brand, consumer, and commercialization objectives.
•Own sample development, product validation/testing, specifications/documentation, and risk management to meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

Salary: USD 137,500 - 185,600

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, materials science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent footwear experience).
•10+ years of product development, innovation, collaborations, materials, or sourcing experience within global footwear organizations.
•5+ years of progressive leadership experience leading teams and driving cross-functional initiatives and organizational outcomes.
•Demonstrated financial acumen, including budget management and resource planning to balance investment decisions.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced FlexPLM (or similar PLM systems); experience with digital product creation (3D) tools is a plus.
