Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the effective, compliant, and timely delivery of maintenance and response works, ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • •Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements and ensure compliance with asbestos and legionella management plans and MoD requirements.
  • •Act as the SPOC for resolving end-user issues, responding to technical queries, and managing complaints professionally and promptly.
  • •Monitor supply chain/contractor performance and drive value for money while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • •Manage costs/commercial viability and contribute to forward maintenance planning across multiple sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Level 4 Facilities Management Qualification or equivalent technical experience.
  • •Proven experience managing day-to-day facilities operations, including planned and reactive maintenance and small project management.
  • •Strong knowledge of Safe Systems of Work, including working at height and confined spaces, and asbestos and legionella management.
  • •Ability to manage teams and monitor contractor performance to deliver high-quality services.
  • •Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
