Key Responsibilities

  • •Own SAP functional platform strategy, roadmap, and governance to support enterprise process consistency, scalable templates, clean core principles, and integration integrity.
  • •Lead SAP COE architect and SAP QA/testing teams, defining standards, capacity planning, performance management, and delivery accountability.
  • •Govern end-to-end functional integration across SAP processes and connected systems, ensuring impacts and alignment are documented, tested, and approved before design/release decisions.
  • •Manage SAP deployment wave delivery from a functional perspective, ensuring readiness across design completion, build validation, testing execution, data/integration dependencies, cutover, and hypercare readiness.
  • •Transition SAP functional ownership into a mature operating model, including support handoff, release management, governance forums, architecture review boards, QA checkpoints, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •15-20+ years experience working in digital transformation programs in a manufacturing industry.
  • •7+ years managing COE and/or ERP digital transformation delivery teams.
  • •Deep hands-on and leadership experience with SAP S/4HANA functional delivery, architecture governance, testing, release management, and post-go-live sustainment.
  • •Experience leading large-scale SAP implementation/deployment waves, ideally in multi-site manufacturing with complex integrations and business change impacts.
  • •Strong understanding of SAP functional integration across core process areas, including identifying cross-process impacts, risks, dependencies, and control points.
