Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day inspection center operations and ensure team alignment with Carvana Values.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, and succession planning through coaching, leadership development, training, and performance management.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees, including progression-path training and certification processes.
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts to meet quality, production, and cost objectives while ensuring health & safety and loss prevention compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates, including coaching and performance management.
  • •Proven ability to deliver project objectives and company metrics.
  • •Must be able to work overtime and on weekends, and meet physical requirements including lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.
