Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the expanding Data Centre team, providing management and engineering/technical grounding in the sector.
  • •Ensure mechanical projects achieve required results and deliverables meet diverse client needs, including setting standards, benchmarks, and quality guidelines.
  • •Provide oversight for EMEA DC technical delivery strategy: mentoring/coaching, skills and knowledge transfer.
  • •Drive work winning and business development by leveraging a pipeline to deliver MEP solutions within the DC sector.
  • •Provide programme management expertise with commercial oversight, monitor project risk and KPIs, and resolve issues to support integrated delivery commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
  • •Chartered Engineer (CEng) with CIBSE (or equivalent institute).
  • •Strong career background delivering mechanical project work across data centres and mission critical environments.
  • •Proven experience leading DC project work streams in the UK and preferably across EMEA.
  • •Demonstrable client-facing work winning experience, with ability to lead and develop a team.
