Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain automated testing tools that improve software quality and reliability.
  • •Build frameworks to automate deployment, configuration, and testing for multiple components of a compute cloud offering.
  • •Advise on utilizing and managing automation frameworks and tools, including Pytest, Playwright, SaltStack, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
  • •Develop Python test cases and automated scripts with strong proficiency.
  • •Create repeatable test plans based on design documentation and help teams identify, analyze, and resolve defects.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of software development experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • •Experience with both manual and automation testing using Python and Java with TestNG.
  • •Experience building and using automation frameworks and tools (including deploying, configuring, and testing software components).
  • •Experience with Linux system administration, including server administration, networking, system internals, and package management.
  • •Interest in cloud security and secure development best practices (e.g., OWASP), plus understanding of networking fundamentals and systems programming.
