Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client engagement for Insurance clients within the Debt Capital Markets team, including Life and Reinsurance sectors.
  • •Develop and maintain Insurance client relationships to drive revenue generation and fixed income financing solutions.
  • •Originate, structure, and execute securities across the capital structure and other structured solutions.
  • •Guide and oversee junior bankers’ development of core content and support deal execution.
  • •Oversee preparation of deal-related and non-deal marketing materials and ensure compliance with internal/external rules and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • •Direct experience in capital markets or banking.
  • •Deep understanding of insurance capital securities, rating methodology, and regulatory developments.
  • •Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an understanding of fixed income products.
  • •Ability to train junior bankers, communicate clearly, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
