Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead architecture and technology choices for Java/Angular/React projects, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • •Mentor and develop the dev team, sharing expertise and upskilling engineers.
  • •Define coding standards, practices, and conduct code reviews to guarantee quality.
  • •Contribute to modernization of legacy applications by proposing and integrating new technologies.
