Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end Oracle OTM implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects.
  • •Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • •Configure and implement OTM modules including order management, shipment planning, rate management, routing-related capabilities, fleet management, tendering, freight settlement, and visibility.
  • •Create functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
  • •Support integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), production deployments, and troubleshoot functional issues with timely resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •11+ years of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functional consulting experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics business processes, freight management, and supply chain operations.
  • •Expertise in OTM configuration across modules such as order management, shipment planning, rate management, tendering, freight settlement, and visibility.
  • •Experience coordinating OTM integrations using XML, web services, and middleware, including ERP/WMS integrations.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with Agile and Waterfall project experience.
