Build and expand trusted banking relationships by delivering an industry-leading client service experience in person and by phone. Use consultative conversations to identify client needs, recommend financial solutions, and refer more complex goals to internal specialists. Cross-trained to support teller duties as needed while meeting client service and individual/branch sales targets. Stay current on sales, service, and product knowledge through training and web-based learning, and follow internal controls and risk policies.
