Job Summary

Support the Customer Service team within the Supply Chain department by managing customer order relationships and communications. Handle orders, returns, cancellations, complaints, quotes, documentation requests, and same-day order entry while contributing to customer service metrics. Maintain accurate customer master data, follow business rules for ordering and delivery, and coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain Planning, and Logistics to resolve order blocks. Work in an office-based internship with scheduled days each week.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day customer relationships and assigned customer accounts, including handling orders, issues, returns, cancellations, complaints, quotes, documentation requests, and same-day order entry.
•Apply service standards (“business rules”) to customer ordering and delivery processes while communicating regularly with customers and/or sales representatives about account status.
•Contribute to customer service metrics such as order entry time, confirmation time, cancellations, and other service indicators.
•Maintain and update customer master data in company systems with accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations and maintaining process documentation.
•Collaborate across Finance, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, and other departments to resolve order blocks and operational customer-related issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CRC 420,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade and Business, or a related field (technical high school graduates with relevant studies may also be considered).
•Strong focus on customer engagement and excellent communication skills.
•Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational/time-management skills.
•Written and spoken proficiency in English (B2+) and Spanish.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
