Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • •Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
  • •Recruit, train, and supervise security agents, lifeguards, and supervisors.
  • •Coordinate staff and respond to emergencies and alarms; investigate and resolve issues.
  • •Plan and coordinate security operations for events; review and report incidents and breaches, including crisis management and resident safety/security.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as security manager or similar position.
  • •Experience using relevant security technology and equipment (e.g., CCTV).
  • •Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
  • •Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office, plus strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
