•Identify customer needs during interactions and Customer Outreach, refer customers to bankers and business partners for consultative conversations, and use tracking tools for referrals.

•Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
•Knowledge of retail policies and procedures to perform essential duties.
•Flexibility in scheduling and ability to demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and problem resolution.
