Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the hardest customer problems end-to-end, driving ambiguous first-of-the-kind issues from prototype to stable production across deployments.
  • •Design and deploy AI-powered workflows, building, testing, and operationalizing solutions with controls for human review, exception management, and governance.
  • •Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer regulatory, operations, and IT stakeholders, facilitating discussions, workshops, and solution reviews to drive measurable outcomes.
  • •Turn recurring customer problems and field outcomes into evaluation criteria, patterns, and priorities that Product and Engineering translate into platform capability.
  • •Contribute a compounding knowledge base by sharing methods and field learnings through peer mentoring and institutional documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience configuring, customizing, and delivering software solutions in customer environments, owning complex implementations from requirements through deployment and adoption.
