Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide credit and banking services to new GFO relationships and expand relationships for existing GFO banking clients.
  • •Manage complex credit and deposit relationships for large and complex family offices and generational family members.
  • •Structure and negotiate complex loan agreements under Credit Policy guidelines and handle preparation of financing documentation.
  • •Analyze and negotiate loan terms including pricing, covenants, interest rates, collateral advance rates, borrowing bases, and swaps.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years in financial analysis, credit underwriting, and commercial lending with experience servicing fund and investment financing clients.
  • •Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition, and financing, typically built through formal education and experience.
  • •Knowledge of investments and investment structures, including private equity and hedge funds, plus trust and trust structures to create loan structures and credit terms.
