Key Responsibilities

  • •Build trusted relationships with cochlear implant teams and community partners by understanding needs and delivering solutions that improve outcomes.
  • •Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan using market analysis, identifying opportunities, and positioning Advanced Bionics solutions.
  • •Manage territory performance via account planning, growth forecasting, customer business reviews, budget management, and prioritization of sales activities.
  • •Strengthen clinic competency and efficiency through engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and training on cochlear implant technology and remote care resources.
  • •Provide consultative support during recipient fittings, including programming guidance, objective measure testing, device integrity testing, and complex case support.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Doctor of Audiology degree.
  • •Registered Audiologist in good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory body in Canada.
  • •Strong proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, with clinical/technical software experience.
  • •Ability to travel regularly across the assigned territory and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • •Must pass the Advanced Bionics Competency exam.
