Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and iterate on AI agents in Go/Python using orchestrator/sub-agent architecture for intent interpretation, delegation, and safe action execution.
•Lead eval-driven development by building and maintaining golden datasets, scorers, and regression suites for critical quality metrics.
•Develop and version prompts and model configurations as tested artifacts, and refine them based on evaluation results.
•Integrate agents with MCP servers and backend tools by defining safe tool-call contracts, approval flows for write actions, and guardrails against prompt injection and abuse.
•Instrument agents with tracing, metrics, and cost tracking; collaborate with product designers and frontend engineers to deliver conversational experiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of backend or full-stack software development experience, with hands-on experience building agentic AI/LLM applications.
•Preferred minimum Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, SW, CE, MIS, or equivalent experience.
•Strong development skills in one or more major languages (Go, Python, Ruby, PHP).
•Production experience working with LLMs (e.g., Gemini, Anthropic, OpenAI).
•Experience with LLM evaluation: building datasets, defining scorers/metrics, and iterating based on eval results.
