Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform data analysis for TikTok e-commerce US logistics operations.
  • •Maintain and improve operation performance indices and provide ongoing weekly and bi-monthly reports using statistical techniques.
  • •Partner with logistics teams to support strategy such as fulfillment network design, warehouse efficiency optimization, and capacity management.
  • •Conduct follow-up analysis for operation teams in several overseas markets and provide optimization suggestions.
  • •Collaborate with Products and ETL teams to define system requirements, build data products, and improve/roll out product features to support the business.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree holder in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operation Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or Computer Science.
  • •Proficient in SQL and familiar with Python or R.
