Job Summary

Analyze TikTok e-commerce US logistics operations to improve performance and enable data-driven decisions. Maintain and enhance key operation performance indices, run statistical analyses, and deliver ongoing weekly and bi-monthly reporting. Partner with logistics, product, and ETL teams to define system requirements, build data products, and optimize fulfillment network design, warehouse efficiency, and capacity management—also supporting overseas markets with analysis and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform data analysis for TikTok e-commerce US logistics operations.
•Maintain and improve operation performance indices and provide ongoing weekly and bi-monthly reports using statistical techniques.
•Partner with logistics teams to support strategy such as fulfillment network design, warehouse efficiency optimization, and capacity management.
•Conduct follow-up analysis for operation teams in several overseas markets and provide optimization suggestions.
•Collaborate with Products and ETL teams to define system requirements, build data products, and improve/roll out product features to support the business.

Key Requirements

•Degree holder in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operation Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or Computer Science.
•Proficient in SQL and familiar with Python or R.
