•Identify cosmetic imperfections and/or repairs pre-reconditioning and post-paint process.
•Perform additional prep tasks such as prepping, sanding, and masking vehicles as needed.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection centers to evaluate vehicle condition.
•Support the reconditioning workflow by helping ensure vehicles are in first-rate condition before reaching customers.
•Work in a fast-paced production environment while following safety procedures and using protective equipment.

Key Requirements

•Identify cosmetic imperfections and/or repairs as part of the pre-reconditioning and post-paint inspection process.
•May perform additional prep work such as prepping, sanding, and masking vehicles.

•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must read, write, speak, and understand English and be able to work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to heat/cold.
