Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform end-to-end testing, programming downloads, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned HVAC projects.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for installation and repairs and synchronize on-site work.
  • •Use hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units using appropriate software and technology.
  • •Enforce safety standards, maintain security and accountability of company assets, and mentor team members; be flexible for overtime and occasional overnight stays.
