Key Requirements

  • •A proven track record delivering tangible results on change and transformation projects.
  • •Experience managing stakeholders within large and complex organisations.
  • •Experience in programme/project management across complex change environments with multiple workstreams.
  • •Knowledge of operating model design and implementation (and/or organisational design and development).
