Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage queries, recoveries, and related correspondence for an assigned portfolio, including engagement with multiple channel partners.
  • •Produce MAS debtor ageing reports and calculate provisions for bad and doubtful debts.
  • •Process reinsurance payments and receipts, including preparing manual vouchers and reviewing requests/receipts.
  • •Manually generate and manage Statements of Account (SOAs) to track outstanding premiums and claims recoveries, including using Power Apps.
  • •Support governance and controls through write-off workfiles, SOP sign-offs, and ad hoc business/client requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in credit control and/or finance/audit, supported by a university degree or equivalent.
  • •Strong end-to-end credit control processes and a proven ability to deliver effective debt collection outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing multiple distribution channels including Brokers, Agencies, Agents, Financial Advisers (FA), Banca, and Direct.
  • •Sound knowledge of legacy transactions to support run-off clean-up and bridge across historical processes.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills with experience managing and resolving escalations in the insurance industry.
