Job Summary

Supervise customer deployments of Samsara’s vehicle and hardware technology by partnering with installation providers, monitoring milestone progress, and providing onsite management for complex installs. Serve as the escalation and troubleshooting contact, help improve CSAT by addressing root causes, and support partners with installation guides and onsite training. Coordinate vendors to meet scope, quality, and timing, manage risks, and continuously improve installation processes.

•Assist partners with project-specific installation guides and deliver onsite training to installer technicians.
•Coordinate vendors and provide onsite oversight for complex deployments, including site readiness checks and risk mitigation.
